She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Hicks; her parents, Lewis Davis and Kate Davis; and her brothers, Odis and Garland Davis.

She is survived by: her son Dale (Teresa Light); her grandchildren, Betsy Dye, Jason Light, Andy, Laura Light and Christy Light; and her great grandchildren, Cody, Christian Dye, Jessie, Logan Light, Bryson and Braylen Light.
