He is survived by: his fiancée Cindy Galloway; his children, Kristen Carter Meddars (Chris) and Brandon Carter; his stepchildren, Derrick Ramey and DeAndra Baker (Sam); his grandson Shawn Carter; his stepgrandchildren, Mia Baker and Samuel Baker; his sister Sherry Carter; his nieces and nephews, Dustin Morrison and Skyler Morelock (Autumn); his great-nephews, Wilder and Shiloh; and his close friend Kritter.
