We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2023, at the age of 85, Ina Cathryne (Milligan) Harrell of Fall Branch, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Basil Milligan and Leila Milligan (Tunnell); her spouse S. C. Harrell, Jr.; her daughter Tracie Yates (Todd); her granddaughter Rachel Yates; her brother Ray Milligan; her niece Trisha Jenkins (Bill); her nephew Brad Milligan (Angie); her great-niece Raylin Jenkins; and her great-nephew Reid Satterfield.
