She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Lane and Etta Forbes Lane; her son Chuck Booker; and her siblings, Ellen Dillard and Virgil Lane.
She is survived by: her husband Virgil Booker; her children, Tina McConnell (Bryan) and Mike Booker (Leah); her grandchildren, Tessa Blevins (Jay), Alicia Richardson (Brad), Chad Booker, Brad Booker, Josh Booker, Shane Booker and Cody Booker; her great grandchildren, Dylan Blevins, Macey Blevins and Piper Blevins; her brother Gene Forbes (Patty); and her sister-in-law Betty Lane. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
