He is survived by: his wife Norma Hall Toy; his children, William Eugene Toy (Carrie), Jimmy Lee Toy and Tonya Gayle Pratt (Kevin); and his sister Josephine Bates. He is also survived by Fourteen grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
