He was predeceased by: his former wife Teresa McNeil; his parents, William McNeil and E. Louise McNeil; and his brother James McNeil. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo McNeil; his children, Natasha Young (Tim), Benjamin McNeil (Kate), Carolyn Sharp (Danny) and Brett Parker (Donna); his grandchildren, Sam Young, Abigail Young, Evelyn McNeil, Nikki Parker and Ben Novotnak; and his siblings, Barbara Anderton (Jim), Brenda Reed (Jimmy) and David McNeil (Lynn).
