He is survived by: his wife Jo Fowler McPhail; his children, Cynthia M. Vick (Sam), Deborah McPhail, Margie Darling, Patricia Wilson (Jerry), Taylor Bilderback and Terry McPhail (Kathy); his stepchildren, Tracy Wartenberg (Sandy) and Todd Bilderback; and his siblings, Bettye McManus and Billy D. McPhail. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
