It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nellie Louise Hicks Burch of Fairview, Tennessee, born in Waverly, Tennessee, who passed away on June 17, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ferbie Hicks and Flossie Buchanan Hicks; her husband Dorsey Allen Burch, Jr.; her sons, Jeffrey Burch and Phillip Burch; and her siblings, Jim Hicks, Dot Davis, Kathleen Dabbs and Bettie Ann Mulliniks.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Burch (Stephanie) of Dickson, TN and Angela Burch Taylor (Keith) of Fayetteville, Ark.; her siblings, John Hicks (June) of Waverly, TN, Orville Hicks (Clatie) of Waverly, TN and Marie Hicks Bell of Waverly, TN; her grandchildren, Cody Burch (Kendyll), Emily Holland (Dalton), Aamon Burch and Bryn Taylor; and her great grandchildren, Charlotte Burch, Everleigh Holland, Penelope Burch and Numerous.
