She was predeceased by: her parents, Holland Nelson and Marie Hasley Nelson; her daughter Susan Lampley; and her brother-in-law Wayne Clements. She is survived by: her husband Raymond Waters; her children, RayeAnn Martin and Westley Waters; her grandchildren, Daley Singleton, Emma Martin and Devin Lampley; her great grandchild Hattie Marie Story; her siblings, Bobby Nelson (Doris), Helen Clement, Sue Webb, Bonnie Nelson and Linda Berry (Charles); and her cousin Ruben Schmittou. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
