She was predeceased by: her parents-in-law, Jose M. and Mary Rose Beguiristain; and her grandfather Giraldo Hernandez. She is survived by: her parents, Gerardo Hernandez and Maria Hernandez; her husband Carl Beguiristain; her children, Amanda Gasiecki (Eric) of Fairview, Alexandria Beguiristain of Fairview, Michael Beguiristain (Christen) of Spring Hill and Hunter Beguiristain of Fairview; her siblings, Edward Hernandez (Jessica) of Knoxville, Jerry Hernandez of Orlando, FL and Giselle Nugent (Mark) of Knoxville; and her grandchildren, Cade, Cora Gasiecki and Jax Martin. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

In lieu of flowers or donations, Madeline's family asks that you make a "Maty Moment.".
