She is survived by: her husband David McNeil, Sr.; her children, Mary Tidwell (Stanley) and David McNeil, Jr. (Tabatha); her grandchildren, Cody McNeil (Brooke), Christina Tidwell, Brian Tidwell, David McNeil, III (Autumn), Tyler McNeil, Robert McNeil, Evan McNeil and Maranda McNeil; and her siblings, Ricky Capps (Ethel), Lisa Rocco (Tim), Ray Capps (Kim), Mark Capps and Georgia Estell (DeWayne).
