He is survived by: his sons, William Sullivan (Jennifer) of Lewisburg and Jerry W. Sullivan II of Lewisburg; his former wife Eula Sullivan of Lewisburg; his siblings, Marshall Sullivan of Columbia, William Sullivan (Dot) of Franklin, Marvin Sullivan (Barbara) of Triune, Tandy Sullivan (Michelle) of Franklin, Thomas Sullivan (Dana) of Franklin and Peggy Sullivan of Franklin; his grandsons, William T. Sullivan (Jami), Dustin W. Sullivan and Connor D. Sullivan; and his great grandchild Ava Lewis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
