She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Hayes (Michael) of Fairview, Chuck Smith (Jenny) of Nunnelly, Jeff Smith (Debra) of Burns, Kevin Smith (Christy) of Fairview and Greg Smith (Amanda) of Bon Aqua; her siblings, Terry Sullivan (Sherry) of Hermitage, Barbara Johnson of Hermitage and Laverne McCoy of Centerville; her grandchildren, Lauren, Taylor, Nathan, Crystal, Leslie, Mandy Jo and Mandy Dawn; and her great grandchildren, Ethan, Gracie, Olivia, Brayden, Oaklan, Nicholas, Destiny and Alleria.
