We are sad to announce that on September 2, 2020, at the age of 75, Elmer Howell of Fairview, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Angela Jean Howell; his parents, J. C. Howell and Lonnie Howell; and his siblings, J. A., Johnny Howell, Kathy Maxedon and Frances Goldtrap.
He is survived by: his significant other Brenda Fuqua Howell; his daughters, KaNesha Clark (Tracy) and Kimberly Vance (Lester); his sisters, Eunice Campbell (Billy) and Margie Binkley (Rick); his grandchildren, Matthew, Austin, Angela, Racheal, Cameron and Avery; and his nephews, Wayne, Ray, Jeff and Peanut.
Due to Covid-19 all visitors are required to wear a face covering.
