He was predeceased by: his parents, Reedy Sullivan and Euvalah Sullivan; and his siblings, Claude Sullivan, Eudene McGlothlin and Carolyn Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Sullivan; his children, Teresa Barnhill (Steven), Stanley Sullivan (Billie Jo), Matt Sullivan, Don Sullivan and Darrell Sullivan (Mandy); his grandchildren, Luke Sullivan (Brittany), Rebecca Little (Charles), Chad Sullivan (Katie), Callie Coble (Jonathan), Emily Sullivan (Patrik Carney) and Casey Sullivan; his great grandchildren, Ann Marie Sullivan, Jack Coble, Miles Coble, Charlie Ford Little, Maddie Grace Sullivan, Olivia Carney, Daisy Coble and Addie Little; and his sister Gilda Lankford.
