He was predeceased by: his parents, James Morgan Elliott and Juanita Belle Duke. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Pugh Elliott; his daughter Meredith Brooks (Anthony); his siblings, Tony Elliott (Joyce) and Morgan Elliott; and his grandchildren, Riley and Hayden Brooks.
