He was predeceased by: his wife Janice; his parents, Arch Mack and Cora Dell Lampley; and his siblings, Kenneth Lampley, Edith Robertson, James Lampley, Clyde Lampley and Ruth Kelley.
He is survived by: his son Donnie (Carrie); his grandchildren, Daly and Delaney Lampley; his stepgranddaughter Kyah Bailey; his siblings, Eleanor Galbraith, Yvonne Wheeler and Jerry Lampley; his stepchildren, Kenneth Hall (Pam), Tina Haggard (Martin) and Robin Looney (Gary); and his family, Larry Lampley, Preston Lampley, Wayne Lampley, Kent Lampley, Steve Robertson, Jeff Lampley, Willy Richards and Greg Dewire. He is also survived by eight step-grandchildren and eleven step-great grandchildren.
