She is survived by: her husband John Hamilton; her children, Ashley Hamilton (Melinda Brown) and Richard Hamilton; and her siblings, Tom Surges, Diane Strobel (Phil), Patty Gries (Patrick), John Surges (Barbara), Beth Ziegler (Mark), Maureen Zebian, Ann Johnson (Michael) and Rich Surges (Jolanta).
