He was predeceased by: his parents, Shimmy and Lois; and also Gail Boyet of Poplar Bluff, Missouri.. He is survived by: his wife June Boyet; his children, Rob Boyet, Jayme Knudsen and Jeff Boyet (Heather); his grandchildren, Jackie Boyet, Melanie Boyet, Jon Knudsen, Sydni Boyet, Jordan Boyet and Emma Boyet; and his sister Terry Bolen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
