He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosie Tomlinson and Leslie Tomlinson; and his siblings, Clemmie Hall, Juanita Stricker, George Tomlinson and Paul Tomlinson.

He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Tomlinson; and his siblings, Euphemia Lampley and Roger Tomlinson (Nancy). He is also survived by nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
