He is survived by: his wife Allie Graham Oliphant; and his children, Deborah Tidwell (Tommy), Michael Oliphant, Van Hughes, Mark Oliphant (Belinda) and Randy Oliphant. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
