It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Zella Patefield Bacon of Fairfield Glade, Tennessee, who passed away on February 12, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur James and Emma West (Parrell); her former husband Jerome Patefield; her daughter Patti Patefield Haugen; and her siblings, Jay West, Ailene McComb (West) and Dorothy Mitchell (West).
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Bacon of Fairfield Glade; her sons, Rodney (Nancy Patefield), Dr. A. J. (Christine Patefield) and Richard (Terri Patefield); and her son-in-law Edward Haugen of Hayward. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A burial will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at the Evergreen Cemetery (1105 N Main St, Fort Atkinson, WI 53538).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Good Samaritan Society in honor of Ms. Zella.
