He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Harrison Andrews and Myrtle Frances Andrews (Hott); and his siblings, Dorothy June Roy and Gordon Reese Andrews. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Reynolds Andrews; his daughters, Melissa Andrews, Melinda Sears (Michael) and Michele Andrews; his grandson Garrett Sears; his great grandchild Mack Sears; his brother Carroll Andrews; and his sister-in-law Randi Lee Reynolds Young.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions would be appreciated to Shriners' Hospitals for Children (3511 N. Broad St., Philadelphia, PA 19140), the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation (230 E. Ohio St., Suite 500, Chicago, IL 60611, or the charity of one's choice.
