He is survived by: his spouse Mary Sue Moore Eckhart of Fort Atkinson, WI; his stepdaughters, Martha MacWilliams (Ty) of Fort Atkinson and Betsy Gasper (Greg) of Fort Atkinson; his grandchildren, Andy (Amanda) of Austin, TX, Catherine "Carrie" Vicente (Daniel) of Fort Collins, CO, Kelsey and Logan of Parker, CO; his stepgranddaughters, Abbey of Fort Atkinson, Claire of Fort Atkinson, Mallory of Fort Atkinson and Julia of Fort Atkinson; his great grandchild Claire of Austin; his brother William (Carol) of Marlborough, CT; and also Fort Atkinson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the University of Wisconsin-Madison Carbone Cancer Center or Rainbow Hospice Care of Johnson Creek, WI.
