She was predeceased by: her parents, Iola Cabot (Biagi) and Joseph Cabot; her siblings, Joseph "Cappy" Cabot and Marilyn Newa (Ralph "Don"); and her daughter-in-law Tina Forkapa.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Forkapa; her children, Barbara Shaw (Sean), Joann Kress (Tom) and Robert "Bob" Forkapa (Ericka); her brother Michael Cabot; her grandchildren, Tom Kress (Camisha Card), Jacquelyn Kress (Ben Naparsteck), Justin Sharma, Stephanie Chartier (Chris), Alyssa Shaw, Elicia Andre (Mike), Robert Strawderman and Paul Forkapa; and her great grandchildren, Charlene Strawderman of Christy Andre, Alice Andre, Madison Chartier, Audrey Shaw, Connor Woods, Alden Ivy, Micah Ivy, Hailey Forkapa, Carter Naparesteck and Lilah Naparsteck.
