She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Ezell and Mary Ezell. She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Heath Janow of Spring City, Rodney Ezell of Dayton and Jackie Janow of Dayton; her siblings, Beverly Swafford (Jeff) of Pikeville and Donnie Ezell of Dayton; her grandchildren, Sarah Ezell Elkins, Dylan Ezell, Kendall Hughes, Haylee Hughes, Paxton Dunn, Alissa Hughes and Asher Janow; and her niece Amanda Swafford. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
