He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Hop, Betty Revis and Tom Kimsey; and his uncle T. J. Kimsey. He is survived by: his parents, Scott Revis (Carrol) and Sue Owens (Rusty); his fiancée Angela Alley; his children, Gage Revis, Tommy Revis, Mason Revis, Katie Revis and Tera Homer; his siblings, Ben Revis (Amy), Drew Revis and Amanda Kaylor (Matt); his grandmother Doris Kimsey; and his grandchild D. J.. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
