He is survived by: his wife Ann Hamby Howard of Evensville, TN; his sons, Brian (Angie) and Lawrence (Staphanie) of Dayton, TN; and his sister Ethel Daugherty (James) of Wartburg, TN. He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
