He was predeceased by: his father James Robert Weaver, Sr.; and his significant other Debbie Henderson. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Stair (Richard) of Spring City, Tennessee; and his sisters, Sharon Davis of Knoxville, Tennessee and Kathie Weaver of Knoxville, Tennessee. He is also survived by four nephews and a niece.
