He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Sutton and Maggie Lillie Mae Sutton (Knight); his grandparents, Estel Sutton, Hazel Hunt (Sholtz), Charlie and Annie Knight (Shillings); his brother Clifford Sutton; and his nephew Tyler Watson.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie Wilkey Sutton; his children, Brandy Breeding, Sheryl Garrison (Steven), Gertie Thompson (Joe) and Christopher Wooden; his grandchildren, Ansley Breeding, McKinley, Sadie Garrison and Landon Wooden; and his siblings, Janet Davis (Shawn), Maggie Evans (Mike), Charlotte Moats (Jerry) and Eddie Roberts. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, several great nieces and nephews.
