He is survived by: his wife Mary Hurst; his children, Charles Hurst (Terri), Teresa Fugate and Adam Hurst (Kristy); his grandchildren, Chris Fugate (Christina), Brett Hurst, Garrett Hurst and Heather Cottrill (Ben); and his great grandchildren, Bentley Scott, Brynlee Cottrill, Julianne Fugate and Leighanne Fugate. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
