He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Barley and Catherine Barley (Couch); his brother Michael Wayne Barley; and his granddaughter Haley Clabough. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Barley; his children, Jamie Inman (Jason) of Maryville, TN, Heather Clabough (Josh) of Evensville, TN, Michael R. Barley of Evensville, TN, Casey Wayne Barley (Sarah) of Evensville, TN, Christian Sherill of Evensville, TN, Jennifer Bellaray Wilson of Evensville, TN and Tanika Benjamin of Nashville, TN.; and his siblings, Sam Barley of Dayton, TN and Teresa Barley of Evensville, TN.. He is also survived by Ten Grandchildren, two great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home, Inc. (1670 Market St, Dayton, TN 37321-1130). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
