She was predeceased by: her parents, Vester Arden and Ardell Dovie Ross Washburn; her husband Fred Moore; her sons, Curtis Pugh and Johnny Pugh; and her brothers, Fred Washburn, Leo Washburn, James Washburn (Raymona) and Bill Washburn (Alice).
She is survived by: her siblings, Arlene Davis of McKenzie, Tennessee and Wayford Washburn Sr. (Elizabeth) of McKenzie, Tennessee; her sister-in-law Hazel Washburn (Fred); her granddaughters, Erica Hudgins, Brianna Pugh and Lacey Pugh; and her great grandchild Kailie Hudgins. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dilday-Carter Funeral Home (650 High St, Huntingdon, TN 38344).
