He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Bruce (Gloria Jean Daugherty McMinn) and Gloria; and his pet Henry Ford. He is survived by: his significant other Sarah Duckett Sprague; his son Anthony Wayne Sprague; and his aunts, Pat Williams, Jane Smith, Jeraldine McMinn and Anna Ruth McMinn.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Companion Funeral Home of Athens to cover the funeral expenses.
