He was predeceased by: his parents, Tammy Maupin Creasman and Artie W. Creasman, III; his grandparents, Arthur W. Creasman, Jr., Mary Frances Paul Creasman, James Earl and Betty Faye Maupin; and his uncle Johnny Creasman.
He is survived by: his siblings, Caleb Patterson and Dewanna Creasman; his aunts and uncles, Alicia Maupin, Christie Maupin-Carpenter (Jimmy), David Creasman, Jeff Creasman and Mike Maupin (Kathy); his cousins, Caitlin, Justin Maupin and Seth Tracy; and his close friends, Gary Gordon, Tricia Limpus, Jenny Wilkins and Nathan Milam.
