It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Casteel of Ethridge, Tennessee, born in Streator, Illinois, who passed away on December 3, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Gochanour and Ardeth Helen Connell Kelly; her significant other Curt Casteel; her son Curtis Lee Casteel; and her granddaughter Angie White.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Akins (Junior) of Lawrenceburg, TN, Joey Casteel of Ethridge, TN and Terry Casteel (Peggy) of Ethridge, TN. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
