He was predeceased by: his father Donald Smith. He is survived by: his wife Keila McGee Smith; his mother Reba Nell Smith Ryland (J. E.); his children, Michael Smith (Amber), Joseph "Kyle" Smith, Kimberly Smith Green, Melissa Eustice (Nathan) and Cassie Hutchison (Zak); his brothers, Randy Smith (Connie) and Stephen Smith (Carolyn); and his grandchildren, Levi, Luke, Logan Smith, Kali Clayton, Dawson and Brycen Eustice. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
