She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Smith (Diane) of Campbellsville, Michael Smith (Anita) of Leoma, Stephen Smith (Jane) of Ethridge and Eric Smith of Ethridge; her siblings, Jerry Tosh of Pulaski, Alton Tosh (Geneva) of Pulaski and Paula West (Jim) of Goodsprings; and her grandchildren, Shelby, Ben (Tiffany), Levi and Deanna.
