She was predeceased by: her parents, Riley Preston and Louvie L. Ruby Hunter South; her former husband Henry Odell "Sugar Bud" Kelly; her husband James Fraley; her siblings, Riley South, Bobby South, Thomas South, Robert South and Jettie South Kelly; her great grandchild Evan Corbin; and her caregiver Tina Snider.
She is survived by: her sons, Jackie Kelly (JoAnn) of Leoma, TN and Jeff Kelly (Ginger) of Lawrenceburg, TN; her grandchildren, Renee Corbin (Adam) of Lawrenceburg, TN and Preston Kelly (Rainey) of Lawrenceburg, TN; her great grandchild Easton Corbin of Lawrenceburg, TN; her sisters, Wilma Chapman of Lawrenceburg, TN, Eva Yarbrough of Ethridge, TN and Wanda Chapman of Leoma, TN; and her caregivers, Dorothy Hill, Debbie Dickey and Jacqueline Bailey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials be made to Ethridge United Methodist Church.
