She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Bentley and Lottie Bentley; her spouse Willie Ed Shults of Ethridge; and her brother Jim Bentley. She is survived by: her children, Keith Shults (Debra), Kim Blackwood (Bobby) and Kelly Craig (Tom O'Brien); her grandchildren, Erick Blackwood (Brittany), Amanda Donaldson (Max), Emily Jordan (Josh), Ashley Shults and Grace O'Brien; and her great grandchildren, Hayden, Roman Blackwood, Charlie, Tommy Donaldson, Luke and Jamison Jordan.
The family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
