She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Byrum and Pearl B. Byrum; her siblings, Bob Byrum, Blanche Beckworth and Helen Martin; and her nephew Ronald Martin.
She is survived by: her husband Jarrett Edward Jackson; and her stepdaughter Stephanie K. Jackson.
The family asked that in lieu of flowers donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or your local school libraries.
