He is survived by: his wife Rachel Garrett; his children, Clifford Edward Garrett and Maria Garrett of Ethridge; his stepfather Owens of Pulaski; his brothers, Kerry of Pulaski, Mike of Pulaski and Nicky Garrett of Pulaski; his grandchildren, Clifford Henry Steven Garrett (Shauna) of Cornersville and Kathleen Marie Garrett of Murfreesboro; his great grandchild Clifford Anderson Salas Garrett; his daughter-in-law Michelle Garrett; and his aunt Wilba Lee Featherstone.
