It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carrie Leann Black of Ethridge, Tennessee, who passed away on December 21, 2023, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Rick Cogdill; and her grandparents, Billy, Jeanette Bergin and Edgar Cogdill. She is survived by: her children, Stanton O'Guin, Jordan Haislip (Eric), Ian Black (Shay) and Jett Black; her mother Julie Shults; her sisters, Melanie Tucker, Ginny Carroll (Jon), Rikki Lea Taylor (Nick) and Brittany Shults; her stepsiblings, Travis Shults and Becky McIntyre; her grandmother Phyllis Cogdill; and her grandchildren, Addilyn Luck, Kamdyn Haislip, Carter Haislip, Olivia Haislip and Rodney Morgan. She is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, and a host of Friends.
