It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Keith Neal of Estill Springs, Tennessee, born in Tullahoma, Tennessee, who passed away on October 4, 2024, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father William Archie Neal; his grandparents, Ardie W. Champion, Dorothy Champion, Ross and Ruth Neal; and his uncle Larry Champion.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Neal; his children, Karly Neal and Kirsten Neal; his mother Linda Stewert (Daniel); his siblings, Sandra Simpson (Bobby), Jeffrey Neal (Ally), Tia Morris (Stoney) and Robert Thompson (Stephanie); his parents-in-law, Michelle Darr (Tim) and James Grant; his brother David (Belinda); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cadence Neal, Addison Neal, Peyton Morris, Neyland Grant, Norah Grant and Mollie Grant. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
