He was predeceased by: his parents, Benny Franklin Fitzpatrick, Sr. and Elsie Lilliemae Brannon Fitzpatrick; his son Terry Fitzpatrick; and his siblings, James, Robert Taylor, Benny Fitzpatrick, Jr., Carlton, Lionel Fitzpatrick, Pauline Taylor, Jennie Mae Petty and Linda Kay Fitzpatrick.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki Fitzpatrick; his sisters, Lina Lewis and Dorothy Taylor (Howard); his sons, Sean of Winchester and Stacey Fitzpatrick of Winchester; and his close friend Horace Mayes of Estill Springs.
