He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Edward Partin and Mabeline Brown; and his wife Kathleen Partin. He is survived by: his daughters, Anna Cunningham (Roy) and Stacy Steele; his grandchildren, Felicia Partin, Samantha Dorsett, Terri Stephens, Amber Brimhall, Ryan Steele and Shelby Bush; and his siblings, Gloria Carter, Dorthy "Dot" Arthur, Barbara Lawrie, Johnny Partin, Danny Partin and Linda Partin. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
