He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rowe and Mary Rowe; and his sister Barbara Mills. He is survived by: his wife Linda Sabo Rowe; his son Justin H. Rowe; his siblings, David Rowe and Denise Atkins; his cousins, Maxine and Linda Tripp; and his aunt Laverne Tripp.
