He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval H. Brewer and Laura Morris Brewer Sr. (Finchum); his wife Diana Brewer; his son Wesley Brewer (Angel); and his siblings, Wayne Brewer, Joe Brewer, Jewell Wilkerson, Joyce Tidwell and Francis Sullenger.
He is survived by: his children, Shannon Matthews (Rodney) of Estill Springs and Wayne Pendleton of Winchester; his siblings, Betty Pickett of Decherd, Louise Watson of Decherd and Doug Brewer (LaRue) of Scottsboro, Alabama; and his grandchildren, Jessica Matthews, Austin Matthews, Jerrica Sells, Jacob Brewer, Jayla Brewer and Lakia Sells. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
