She was predeceased by: her parent Milo Collins; and her daughters, Cynthia Taylor and Kelly Wilson. She is survived by: her parent Nancy Collins; her husband James E. Elkins; her stepchildren, Larry Elkins (Becky) of Manchester, John Elkins (Debbie) of Greenbrier, TN and Regena Travis (Bill) of Tullahoma; and her sister Joann Johnson. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
