She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Scott and Lorene Scott Manning; her husband Charles W. Horton; her children, Charles H. "Chuck" Horton and Vicki Sue Davis; her siblings, James Scott, Leslie Paul Scott, Mary Fugate (William "Bill") and Nellie Ruth Parsons; and her nephew William Brent Fugate.
She is survived by: her daughter Tracy Matlock; her granddaughters, Tammy Daniels, Elizabeth Davis, Autumn Horton, Cierra Horton, Stacy Tant, Lacy Rose and Cynthia Jones; and her brother Andrew Manning. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the J. A. Welton & Son Funeral Home (715 S Jackson St, Tullahoma, TN 37388).
